Each year we ask concerned clubs and organizations throughout northwestern Pennsylvania and northeast Ohio to help support ongoing projects at our camping facility, Custaloga Town Scout Reservation.  The French Creek Council serves thousands of young men annually and Custaloga Town is “The Place Where Memories are Made.” 

If you’ve helped with past projects, our sincere thanks.  We hope you will continue your support.  If not, please read further to see how your organization can partner with us in service to youth.  

This year’s project is essential for our young men, and we would greatly appreciate your help. We are in the process of building pavilions (similar to the unfinished one pictured above) in each of our campsites.  These shelters will give all of our campers adequate space to work on merit badges, meet, and work during excessively hot or rainy days at summer camp.

 Each pavilion will be approx. 24’X32’, provide space for storage, and be soundly built to last.  We will be using locally-purchased materials, Made in the USA.  The shelters will cost us $1,500 each to construct and we hope to build 30 of them (at least) throughout our camp.

 Any organization contributing the full $1,500 will have the honor of having one pavilion named after their group, or on behalf of a group member, in perpetuity. 

Any organization contributing $750 will get to have half of a pavilion named for them in perpetuity.

 Any organization contributing between $100 and $750 to assist in this important project will be listed as a project sponsor.  Unless otherwise requested, all organizations will be appropriately recognized with a plaque, regardless of contribution amount.
