Advancement Report Guidelines
Dear Advancement Chairman,
Advancement Reports submitted WILL BE returned due to lack of sufficient information. Please read and follow the guidelines listed below:

It would also help us TREMENDOUSLY when sending in Advancement Reports to fill out the BACK of the form for the number of advancements needed. This will help process orders a more efficient and timely matter.
Also, please allow sufficient time for orders to be processed. Keep in mind the amount of time it takes for mail to arrive and also the amount of time it takes for mail or UPS to return the items. We only use NORMAL U.S. Postal delivery or UPS. NO ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED TO YOU BY FEDERAL EXPRESS, SECOND DAY MAIL, ETC. Also keep in mind that we do not receive our mail here until late in the day (usually after, 3:00 PM and that we DO NOT have Saturday mail pick-up or delivery service.
